Homemade Irish cream coffee creamer

DIY Irish cream coffee creamer you can make at home.

  • 2 cups half & half
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Directions

    Add the cacao powder and hot water to the mason jar. Whisk to combine until smooth and the chunks are gone.

    Add the extracts and whisk again.

    Add the sea salt, half & half, and maple syrup. Shake until combined.

    Add to your favorite coffee drink!
