Cake batter creamer syrup

Cake-batter flavored syrup for a creamer, with butter extract for authentic cake flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (you can replace this with granulated sugar if you do not have brown)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp butter extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions

    Add the sugars and water to a medium saucepan and heat on low, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has been dissolved.

    Turn up the heat to medium until it comes to a simmer, then continue simmering for about 5 minutes.

    Turn off the heat and whisk in the remaining ingredients.

    Store in the refrigerator between uses, this will remain good for months!

Butter extract brand guidance: McCormick is recommended; avoid extracts with preservatives or dyes.
