Creamy instant coffee latte sweetened with condensed milk, whipped until fluffy, then mixed with warm or cold milk and served over ice if desired.
Directions

Add the first four ingredients to a cup and mix until the coffee is dissolved.

Add the sweetened condensed milk to the cup and whip with a hand frother until pale in color and about doubled in size and 'fluffy'.

Add the milk (hot or cold) and top with ice if cold!
