A quick iced whipped-coffee beverage made with instant coffee, panela sugar, hot water, cinnamon, sea salt, and milk.

Add the first three ingredients to a cup and whip with a hand mixer until pale in color and aerated.

Add the cinnamon and salt, mix again until combined.

Slowly add the milk in a circular motion so that it combines and the coffee mixture stays fluffy.

Stir until just combine. Add ice and enjoy!
Notes
If you do not have an espresso machine, you can still get a coffee-shop-quality latte. You can also make this hot—steam the milk or heat it on the stove.
