Syrup Ingredients
Cherry syrup made by simmering frozen cherries with honey, sea salt, and vanilla, then blending and straining for a chunky syrup.
Directions
- 1
Add cherries and honey to a medium sauce pan. Heat on low until the cherries have thawed - no need to stir, just make sure it doesn’t come to a boil at this time.
- 2
Once thawed, turn up the heat to a low medium. Simmer for about 10-12 minutes.
- 3
Add to a mason jar with the remaining ingredients and blend with an immersion blender. You can also use a blender or food processor, but I recommend not blending until smooth - you will still want some cherry chunks in there. Too smooth and the strainer will clog.

Pour the mixture over a strainer into another jar. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
